Just replaced my CH 751 locks
After recently having a couple of outside mats stolen (100 bucks) from my storage basement at the storage yard, I decided to upgrade to better, double sided key locks. Not a big loss but I do like to put tools and the like in there when traveling.
Just a shout out to CPG, Creative Products Group for their help. The lock replacement barrels were the same style keys as my door locks. I could get a matching key # if I wanted too but decided on another key #.
At just over 4 bucks a lock, I couldn't resist, knowing what CW and others charge.
I got them in a week or so and feel a bit better now about using the basement again for better "stuff."
I don't have any affiliation with CPG but thought I'd pass on my good experience.

Here's the actual replacement cam page.

Also, they sent a key for each cam which I was surprised that they came at the same price. Surely didn't need ten keys.
Thanks for helping to clarify.

r2millers,
Thanks, unfortunate for you that you've had things stolen, but thanks for sharing. You may have helped someone else here from having a theft by swapping out their locks.

Agreed that one of the first things we did when we purchased our 5er was switching out cam locks. We went with www.wholesale4inc.com for ours and did get all matching keys.

I emailed them when this was posted about replacing my locks and no response. So much for customer service.

I did the same recently. Now to get the matching locksets so one key can open everything.

What length cam did you order? I measured mine and the threaded part was 5/8". I'm guessing I need 7/8" but would like some verification. Thanks!

There are quite a few places where one can order replacements. Here is one I like:
Industrial Locks & Hardware

I ordered the 7/8" for each of the compartment doors and one for the outdoor shower. The latch for the outdoor shower had to be bent a bit to get a tight enough fit.

I wanted to change all my locks to the same key, compartments and doors. I e-mailed and that option is not available at this time. I'll just wait.

This site has a handy measuring order form, just lay your old pieces on top and you will be sure to get the right size.

It's only handy if you have access to your rig... Mine stays 4 hours south. Think I'll order the 7/8ths cams. Thanks for the responses!
