Where is the converter on Seville 36sb?

I have a Seville 36SB Fifth wheel and cannot find where the converter is.
We suddenly have no shore power. The batteries have charge and lights work when hooked to vehicle but no power when connected to shore power. We have tried to find the converter but can't locate it to check it.

You say lights work when hooked to vehicle. Do they work when you unhook from vehicle? If not----
Have you checked the battery in the camper?

I agree with Lloyd check out the units battery first. My Converter is located behind the breaker panel

My converter is located on the left side of the basement behind a curved white panel. Also, behind this panel, is the water pump, filter and heater.

As already suggested, it may be in the basement behind the panel that hides some of the plumbing, etc. It may also be next to the furnace, locate the return air grill for the furnace and remove it to check for the converter. It will be a rectangular box, maybe attached to the furnace compartment wall.

Thanks for the info

We found it in the basement behind the curved wall. Thanks so much.
We have now removed it and are looking to replace it, any suggestions?

While you have it out, you might check the fuse(s) on it. If they are blown, this may be your problem.
