Front storage Zinger SB31

Any tip for making a fishing pole rack in the front storage compartment of a SB31 Zinger. I take 6 to 7 poles and want to hang them so it frees up floor space. Thx

I don't know about you but I don't have to much room left in my front storage. what I do is I take me reels off and tie all my rods together and lay them across the two top bunks. I have done this a few times when we go to the beach (about a 7 hour tow ) and I have not had one move yet. I have some pretty expensive rods so I just feel a little better with them safe and sound inside the trailer so no eyes get broken off or anything.

I have not tried any of these ideas as I don't fish and am far from handy. Just brainstorming. What about mounting a larger pvc pipe on 2 hooks and putting the poles in the hooks. Or what about getting a bumper mount fishing pole holder and attaching it to the tt rear bumper? This bumper mount says it needs a 12"x3" space to mount. I wonder if it can be modified for the tt bumper?

We used threaded hooks in our front compartment.

If spaced right, you can hang 3 poles from the hooks on the slanted front wall. Just look for staples and you will find studs to thread the hooks into.

I did the same with a larger hook on the door side. Hangs the jack crank and awning bar up out of the way.

If you need more, maybe put 3 rods on each side, or hang them from the wood framing above (just watch so you don't hang from part of framing that is the lift-up bed).

That is looking good. My only concern is screws going into the camper wall. Are there studs in that wall?. Great photo. Thx

There are studs in front wall. Look carefully and you will see paneling staples - that is the stud. Also, push gently on paneling - if it gives, no stud.

The fishing pole holders (when spaced closer) make a great holder for roasting sticks also.
