I bought one and sent it back. I didnt have enough clearance based on the height of my hitch-to-truck setup and slope of driveway.
The book tells you how much clearance you need. Also, there are two different sizes based on the tongue jack post diameter. Make sure you order the right size.

Got one, loved it! Upgraded to a 5er so it collects dust in garage now.

Had mine for approx a year, & used it several times. Absolutely love it. Real cool how it automatically swings out when extracting tongue.......and raises when retracting tongue. Works nicely together with electric tongue jack. Installation was a breeze too. I used to have to place 3 or 4 6"X6" pieces of lumber under original jack, now only use 1. Get the coily disengaging brake cable as well to prevent old cable from hanging on ground. I think RV manufacturers should have them installed on all travel trailers.

So I got the jack, ball cover and break away cable.
Works great. Ball cover is high quality.

love it
I installed one last year and love it. As said in other posts, no more stacking up all the 2x6's. Its fast and easy. Well worth the investment. I got mine used for $20.

Modified FlipJack
My ZT211RD has a 2" jack and I needed a 5" Flipjack...Fastway does not offer a 5" length Flipjack for a 2" jack.
Flipjack came with one ring and I needed 4. Ordered them from Fastway for $1.27ea.
Fabrication turned out great.

I'm getting ready to place an order at CW. What size tube is on the LCI electric jack that come on the Sunset Trails? I'm assuming it's 2". I just realized I have a $25 coupon that's going to expire.
