New to Crossroads

Just bought a 2015 32rl sunset reserve TT. Hoping this brand is of good quality. Had it 5 days and went to push in the handle to one of the dump tanks and the black plastic handle broke . Called the dealer and he ask " it was cold out wasn't it " really..... I'm in Michigan hell yes it was cold out . Never knew that they're only good in warm weather.. also checking if the slides are leaking , again a stupid question "were they all the way in " I told them they were in as far as they would go... So far not real impressed..... Love the look n the floor plan tho ... we will see.

Welcome aboard.
Doesn't sound like things are off to a real good start.
Hopefully it will improve.

Hopefully mine was just the slides not being all the way in enough. The Handle Breaking Yea Needs To Be metal... Enjoy Your Toy hopefully both of ours will turn out in a positive way

Keep an eye on the slide leaking situation. Our bedroom slide leaked, resulting in water damage to the bed and the wood which connects it to the wall. The bed separated from the wall. The unit is at a dealer right now getting serviced (still under warranty). Dealer's service manager said leak caused by Crossroads not putting an extra piece of metal at the top to prevent water intrusion. Not sure what that's about, but they are going to rectify that.

We also like our floor plan lot, so despite this and numerous other problems, we are going to stick with this trailer for a while longer.

To be fair if your using your tank flush in cold weather it's possible the valve could have frozen, it's only plastic. As for the slide that would be anyones first guess so don't be too hard on them. If your worried about a leak or you have proof of a leak just take the unit back to the dealer now so it will be ready for use in the spring.

Good luck!
