We just picked up our new Sunset Trail 32FR and can't figure out how to pull the TV down in the rear room??? I don't want to pull to hard in fear of braking something. Any ideas??

There is a pull strap that needs to be pulled to the drivers side of the TV. Have someone support the TV with a little pressure as someone pulls the strap to the side. This will release the pin and then you can work the TV down into position. The bracket hinges may be a little stiff. Put back up the same way. Pull the strap out when you get in the correct position an push up as you release the cord and this should lock back into place. Once you get it down the first time you will see better how the release works. We had the same issue at the dealer when we picked our up a few weeks ago as this was the first of this model thay had ever had in stock.
