Got home yesterday - 72 degrees. Was a nice day to winterize the trailer. Just have to clean out some cupboards and it will be hibernating until April.

I have a friend who has used one on his roof.
It's called a Toro snow shovel.

Mark, how did you happen to get that picture of Frank?

Lloyd, I was just lucky. I have the Toro shovel also. Just got the JD hooked up to the snowblower last night, we're getting about 8" today.

I don't remember for sure, but I think it was electric. I see Amazon has them.

For you guys up north, When we left Pa in 1990 I moved south with us a John Deere Garden tractor with a snow blower attachment a snow blade and a Toro snow blower. When Janet and I decided to down size into a condo I sold them at a garage sale. The folks who bought the tractor only wanted the grass cutting stuff had to tell them that it was a package deal and the Toro went with it, They had never ever seen a snow blower. I told them it was good for moving pine straw

Frank...should have sold that snow equipment up North, you would have gotten MOOOOO MONEY... and wouldn't have had to transport it South...

ya know...even with all this cold rainy weather I wish I were sitting under the canopy of our 5er...holding a nice hot cup of coffee/bourbon and listening to the rain and the rest of the world out there...watching the smoke from the fire just hanging in the air so to speak...maybe even fall asleep for a short....dreaming of the 2015 rallies to attend in May and October.....the fellowship, the food, the beer, wine and bourbon...but most importantly...the people....

Stan, couldn't agree with you more. It seems the more rally's we attend, the more we look forward to the next one. The friendships Susan and I developed at the rally's are special. We look forward to seeing everyone in May. Stan, make an extra cup of coffee and include the bourbon.
See you all at the next rally.

Oh so true. Last trip out for us was the rally. We are missing it something terrible. Just left the mebane Christmas parade thinking we should've decorated the fiver and joined in...... Sadly the Christmas parade down here us turnabout anybody that wants to be in it for any reason can. That's why it lasts for almost two hours! Yes I'm desperate when I start thinking of reasons to put the fiver in a parade.
