After 6 weeks of looking and tons of research, we will be custom ordering a Cruiser Sahara 310QB this weekend. My question is about options. We've definitely decided on getting dual-pane windows and slide awnings, but aren't sure on some of the others.

I'm looking for advice/opinions on if the following are worth paying extra for:

Intelli-Jacks leveling system $297
Ceiling fan $126
Electric rear jacks $297
7 function key fob remote $514(!)

Btw, many of the threads in this forum we're incredibly useful for making my decision - so thanks to all of you! - )

I don't know what your experience is, RVing, but, had a usedmotorhome once and went to the Rushmore and after much research, decided I wanted the intelli jacks, glad I got 'em! Ceiling fan, most likely, helps circulate the air, warm or cold. Electric Rear Jacks, most likely, 'less you want to had crank, (or even a drill), I like the push button technology. Even the awning is push-button, not like the Motorhome, had to hand crank it up and down. My $.02.

(PS - DW says yes on the remote!! I would have done without, but .....)

Go

for the largest refrigerator that they can put in. We never have enough

room in the fridge.</span>Gel coat if it is not standard on your model.</span>Provision for a second air conditioner even if you do not want one now.</span>Provision for fantastic fan in all roof vents. I would get one in the bathroom. You want the wiring at the vents both for the air conditioner and fantastic type fans.</span>Black water tank flushing system.</span>Electric fireplace if available.</span>Polar or extra insulation. Dual pane windows as you have indicated.</span>5th airborne pin box.</span>Equa-Flex suspension with wet bolts.</span>Disc brakes if availble</span>

I agree also with your list, but ditch the little 12Ceiling fan and go with at least Fanatistic fans. These fans are so usefull (Restroom and Kitchen a must). The remote fab has come in handy while opening theslides in close/tight areas as you can watch from the outside!

If it doesn't come standard with 50 amp. service, get it. You will be much happier not having to worry about what your turning on.

DH hates tecky stuff but loves everything on your list. He didn't think he would, but since he set up 90% of the time by himselve he find the remote handy. I love the ceiling fan helpskeep thinks a little cooler without the air. Which we had the fireplace but we can add that later. The fantastic fan is great. It is great to set the temp and have the vent open when it starts to get warm.

We had the options listed below installed in our 31 qb along with the insulated window panes. We are glad we did. Some other option we purchased was 50amp upgrade, then dealer installed 2nd a/c, we are in Texas and it gets hot in the summer, free standing table, gel coat, and a electric awning. We did not purchase the fob although i sure it is a nice addition.

Intelli-Jacks leveling system $297
Ceiling fan $126
Electric rear jacks $297
