The dealer first tried to get the camper repaired only after three weeks of phone call and many emails. From my self and crossroads calling them to get it fixed under warranty. For some reason they couldn't get together. So finally they called and said the resealing of the camper and checking the brakes and oh ya the water leak was fixed. I said what about the front cap pause about a few minutes on the phone, they said it's going out soon and by the way you have bill for $400 the other work I didn't authorize. I told them I will not be paying for any work done by them and wanted a statement in writing which was a email from them.. I asked what time are they open to too and there response was 6:00 pm I got there at 6:05 (after they closed) and hooked up and went home to lick my wounds. Note brakes not checked, Sealant job was sub standard and when I hooked up the water I flooded the camper NICE WORK but it was free. To answer your question, yes after shooting a email to crossroad with all the details they sent me all the graphics free in two days. I went to loco RV repair place had the work done in one week but left the graphic off. It seamed to look better and was easier to clean. Note story condense from longer rant.
Good Times

Yes, sounds like you have had a good time. I was thinking if I get the front repainted, I would put a different graphic on, maybe something like this: Tropical Sunset or this: American Eagle

You can cover the decal level with a product like Rejex, this has Uv protection and bugs wash off very easily.

Crossroads has agreed to have our front cap re-done the correct way. We should have the trailer back by April 31st. As soon as it is done I will post a photo of the correction.

I went through Customer Service at Crossroad and I am glad I keep the conversation going. I needed to get three quotes and all were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. It has been approved and I am waiting to get the check and the trailer back.

Redone and looking good

The front cap has been redone and we are pleased with the results. Thank you to Lynn Duggins at Customer Service for getting it approved. And thank you to Fairway Ford RV Services for the great work. Trident Protection Services is having the protective coat done correctly by Fairway Ford RV Services. Let the camping season begin!

We have a 2012 Sahara CF300ES we thought we were getting a complete repainted cap under warranty. Turns out not the case the dealer at the time had it painted during this process the dealer dropped cruiser. One year later our cap is fading again!About to start the process all over again!Wish me luck!

Here is what rubbing compound, elbow grease and Zep floor polish will do for faded front caps.

What ever you apply over it, make sure it has a UV protectorant in it. Will help prevent fading.

Someone in our park in Florida has the same year and model of trailer we do, and the second year they owned it the front cap faded badly. My husband checked on line and discovered this happens sometimes - it was apparently a bad batch of paint. It affects some units, but not all. These people were able to get the problem rectified and Crossroads came good for the cost. Our unit has not been affected.

My dealer made me aware of our cap fading when I picked it up after warranty work. I thought it looked like sun light glaring off the top, they're going to repaint it later.

I think I read somewhere that it is primarily 2013 models affected.

Mine is supposed to be going in for paint when I return from my Algonquin trip. its a 2013 , but I have seen a 2011 or a 2012 (cannot remember which)for sale locally with a badly faded cap. I think any cap before the redesign in late 2013 and the 2014s are probably suspect. Funny CR would change to a beige front now...
