Chairs. While travelling

We have just purchased. 2012 cruiser provincial. Cf305sk It has a leather sofa bed and 2 leather recliners. The one recliner has to be flipped upside down on the couch to put the slides in. Any suggestions as how to make this a little easier.

Actually we have considered taking one of them out as there are two. But then again there may be times when we need it. Have considered. Trying to find smaller chairs. Lol

We had the two overstuffed leather recliners removed from the coach when we bought it. If placed at the rear of the coach, the left hand recliner removed the trim from the slide room every time it was extended. We replaced them with the two small recliners from our trade-in coach. We also have two large cats with even larger front claws and leather furniture just would not last. Unfortunately the replacement tri-fold sleeper couch has major problems and CW Myrtle Beach is supposed to be working on a replacement. The center "mattress" is missing and Lippart says that is the way it was designed. A registered letter to Mr. Lemois has galvanized them somewhat but the issue is still in doubt. We also replaced the dinette high back chairs with two from our kitchen that fit much better in the space.

Go to the thread "SOFA BED/COUCH" in the Cruiser section and you will see what many have done that had the same problem as you. Which is buy different furniture than actualy fits the camper.

Jim
Good luck with your letter to Mr.Lemois. I wrote to him several months ago and never received an answer.
