Elevation 2015 problems

We purchased our Elevation in May and have had nothing but problems with the bedroom slides going in and out. It takes many tries everytime we use them and we have had the motors replaced with no improvement.
The workmanship is very bad, no quality control in their factory, there are screws missing on the slides, the wood is cheap and it had dings in it when we got it home. No instructions included how to work the control panel. Living room slide catches on the flooring ripping more and more of a rip in the flooring. We are looking for another Toy Hauler to replace it.

Ok...so assuming this isn't a troll...why are you returning the Elevation to the dealer for full warranty replace of the slide runners, flooring and everything else you listed?

The warranty process has been very good thus far for me; I've had no problems with any of the many issues we've had.

What model of Elevation?

We have had warranty work done 5 times, including slide motors replaced, which hasn't solved the problem. We are on the road and new problems keep popping up.

Crossroad warranty

I had a number of issues including main slide on my 2014 3612. They tried to fix 3 times without a good resolve. I sent crossroads a demand letter requesting full refund or replacement, I received a new trailer, it wasn't without work but once I got the right person, they were great! Sorry to hear of your trouble, I know your pain.

We had many warranty issues as well. We took our 2015 Elevation Las Vegas back to the factory in Topeka, IN. They are wonderful there! Randy in the service department know his stuff. We had some major issues with bedroom slide outs. They have to take the front sides off to weld new aluminum reinforcements to keep the front from flexing.

Connie, how is your Las Vegas doing? Are the fixes holding up? We have a 2015, and the flexing is due to stress cracks. We are planning on heading to the factory at the end of the month to have them look into our extensive list of repairs. :P

Our Crossroads Elevation Las Vegas TF 38 is doing fantastic. After the manufacturer in Topeka, Indiana took the front panels off and reinforced the sides on each side there has been no more flexing. Not one problem with our slides. Loving life!!!

Hey guys, we follow your Blog/Vlog as well, and we LOVE the layout of the Las Vegas, just wondering if you had any success with getting your rig repaired?

Thanks!
