First Trip - 320BH couple questions
So overall we're very happy with our new 320BH, have only a few couple of questions.
1. The shower head seems very week and barely puts out any pressure. We were on 'city water' and the kitchen faucet has plenty of pressure. If you've replaced your shower head - what model?
2. The 'leather' on the kitchen dinette seats seems to fold up leaving gaps, almost like there is too much fabric - is this normal?
3. Kitchen counter - already noticing fine scratches in the counter - is this normal, anyway to remove or prevent this from occurring? I cannot imagine what this is going to look like in 5 years.

1. You need to get and Oxygenics, problem solved.

2. I think it's normal, our does this and all the pics I have seen online they look the same way.
3. I don't have experience with this but have heard it is an issue.

2x on the Oxygenics. Counters are a softer material than what you'll have at home, so you need to be more care (sorry, dont have a better answer)

What is your counter made off?
Check the shower faucet for misaligned rubber gasket and stones or dirt stuck in the line.

I had a problem the first trip out and it turned out to be saw dust.

Our shower head was pretty weak so we removed the water saving thing inside. This is just something that holds back the water flow somewhat. We found that helped.
Someone else warned me the counters scratch easily. We try to be careful, but it is hard to prevent every scratch.

The oxygenics shower head makes a huge difference. We also stopped at home depot to get a cut off switch for the showerhead for those water saving trips. The oxygenics will give you more power with less water.
Countertops- don't use abrasive cleaning agents/sponges. I typically use dish soap and water or bleach wipes. Haven't had any problems.

The older models did not, all the new ones do.

OK, so now we'll see for the next trip oxygenic shower head installed last weekend. I ended up putting the shut-off valve near the faucet as it seemed too heavy/high when near the head.

I took screws out of old mount and used the included double sided tape and mine seems solid. Mounted momentary switch at shower head no problems. Used several times this past weekend on just the pump.
For $35 bucks I can't believe the manufacturers just don't go ahead and put them in.

Yes, the countertops are very easy to scratch. I read somewhere, probably on this forum somewhere, that a product called "Gel-Gloss" will remove scratches and give the counter tops a nice shine. I purchased a can and it does work. Don't think it will remove deep scratches, although I havn't needed to try ( yet).

2x on the Gel-Gloss.
Just remember your not removing anything, just honing down the area around the scratch.
The counter material s very soft. We put down shelf lining material in areas we use often.
This stuff is pretty good..

The issue with the seat is normal. Our bench seat does the same. The scratches do occur. The counter tops can be buffed out. I'm waiting for them to get too bad before I do.
