Has anyone's dealer closed? How much of a hassle was it to get another dealership to honor the warranty? The next closest dealer is 3 hours away, am I correct in assuming that's where I would have to take my trailer if it requires attention?
I think it depends on whether or not your trailer is still under warranty. If it is, then yes, you need to drive to the nearest dealer (or the factory). If it is no longer under warranty, then depending on what needs to be done, any RV repair shop (dealer or otherwise) can repair most items on the RV that do not need manufacturer-specific parts.

Call CrossRoads and inquire about another location. Some times, they have sent out a traveling tech. and many other times they have made arrangements with another dealer
