Well I have to give some positive views to the site for you marketing people.

When I heard that Travis had a part in the TH design my wife and I thougth that was great, someone who hauls toys all-over the world to give some insight to what they need/want.

Also the young riders/racers want/need to have a rig that sticks out at the track to help get noticed when looking for that almighty sponsorship so having mom/dad buy that helps.

We've been big fans of Travis from when he rode 125cc thru all the X-Game stuff.

As for city views agree but if you ever camped at a race track of ANY type you going to have noise but it sure is nice to have "home" right there with you.

Really appreciate all the views and feedback. Promise we're listening.

Obviously thismarketing person is a liar. If he/she was really listening he/she would have deleted all the changes and turned the website back to what it was.

Up to now, I have respected everything I knew about Crossroads; their product and customer service all seemed to be run by mature and thoughtful people. Now it looks like the company is run by a bunch of immature idiots. The pride I felt while pulling my Cruiser down the road has diminished considerably. If this marketing department doesn't get this turned around quickly (that would be in days, not months) they'll never get me to buy another Crossroads product.

"the company is run by a bunch of immature idiots".....isn't that a little harsh.? It's just a website. Crossroads is trying something different. If it doesn't work I'm sure they will change it again. So why don't we all take a deep breath and let's get ready for camping season.

goldwing, your criticism is a little harsh. They're not idiots. I agree the new design had 0 appeal for me personally, and I suspect most in my demographic would agree. Nothing wrong with trying to be innovative. CR seems to be listening, but they're moving at their own pace and since the company is theirs (not ours) making the best decisions they can.

Heading up to my trailer this afternoon to see if I've had any more uninvited guests and prepare it for camping.

CrossRoads Marketing here - we are listening. There is some "behind the scenes" database info that needs attention, but image changes are coming.

You have all been incredibly generous with your insights and they are being taken into account. Thank you!

Suggestion for website.

Have a document download section.
Have downloadable .pdfs of all the manuals and parts in our RV's.
I assume many are used in multiple units so it would all cross over.

Then when we need or want it,,,,click! We have it.

No copies, don't have to worry about including it in the RV.

Dealer can't steal it and give it to someone else.

You could even "make" your parts suppliers provide the info as part of the purchase agreements to use their products.

Then when someone requests info on a part, just point them to the web site.

MNSUNSET what a great idea...kind of like what all the printer, computer and other manufacturer's do nowdays...saves them on paper and most of what I download I only print out the pages I need...then I save the documents in folders. I have been to Lipperts site to download and print the torque settings for the axles and the bolts therein.

mnsunset like that idea as well,.
Maybe CR could look at doing a VIN# search to cross reference any recalls/waranty replacementsfor your trailer that may apply. I know alot of car manufactures do this.

CrossRoads Marketing - Love that idea. We're looking at ways to improve the web experience and that one definitely makes the list. Thanks for sharing.

Like the pic of the Slingshot. Apparently modern buildings and Zingers still go together.

Just as every Zinger owner looks forward to setting up camp steps away from their local Civic Center or entertainment complex, I anticipate weekends when I get to parallel park my Sunset Trail on a gritty downtown street because I'm cool like that.

Can we bring back the owners tools section with the owners manual on it? I know I sometimes look things up in there when I am home (manual stays with TT in storage lot 25 min away). I have also seen prospective buyers looking for owners manuals. Thanks
