Need help with inside valves 2015 st32fr

I'm new to the RV world and just bought a new 2015 ST33FR. There is a floor panel inside with four valves. I have no idea which position these valves should be in and which valve is for what. can anyone tell me what each valve is for and what position they should be in for normal operation? I know the RV dealer said something about if they weren't right I could have water shooting out the top of the RV. Scared me and he went through it so fast I didn't catch everything. Is there a DVD out there that would help me on all these valves and connections I could purchase for this model?

Thank you

I am going to guess it is the water heater by pass (3 valves) and a winterizing tank bypass (1 valve w/about a 2-3 ft hose with open end to stick into non-tox antifreeze jug) The 3 valves need to all be pointing in the same direction..ie:all vertical for regular use or all horizontal for bypassing the water heater.
As for water shooting out the top, the salesman needs some training..

Yes one of them does have a hose attached. There are four valves, which three need to be in the horizontal position?

It may, I called the RV dealer and they explained a little more. They really should have a place to obtain a DVD for the model you have so you can learn everything about the RV. I have a couple of more questions, I'm looking for the drain for the fresh water tank. I know how to drain the gray and black tanks. While looking for the fresh water tank drain I found three hoses underneath, two blue and one red with screw of black caps. I'm assuming one is to drain the lines (blue) and one is for the hot water tank (red) to drain. They are all located next to each other. I'll also attach a photo of the valves we were speaking about. The picture is me standing over the top of the compartment looking down into it.

The blue and red lines you found are the low point drains. But the red one in not the hot water heater drain, it's the hot water line drain. The hot water heater has it's own drain plug.

This photo is the underneath lines. So where would the fresh water tank drain be located?

the one on the right by itself is the fresh water tank drain , and the other 2 are for draining all the water from the hot and cold water pipes...usually when yo have to winterize

The line that is by itself should be the fresh water tank drain, the two that are together are the low point drains for the hot and cold lines but not the hot water heater.

Freshwater tank drain is the white one to the right. The red and blue drain the hot and cold water lines. Your water heater drain is a plug located at the bottom of the heater at your outside water heater access.
