Cruiser 30SK

I am looking at a couple 30SK's. Could I please get some Opinions on them?
The good, bad, and ugly features.
Thank You in advance.

What are the years of both campers... I own a 305 SKP which is a later model year of the 30SK...My wife and I love our camper. The feature that sold us on the 305 was the floor plan.. We love the open space of the living area..If we bring our grandkids with us we take two at a time, and they sleep on the sofa bed, but most of the time we are by our selves and have plenty of room so I don't get under the DW's feet. OH by the way, this is our second 5th wheel our first was a 2007----30SK.

Ours has been great. 2007 is 7 years old so just do a very through inspection. My opinion is if you do the reasearch it pays off. Lots of good older units out there. 30sk is a great floorplan we both like to cook so it works well.
Best of luck in your decision

We still love ours. No major issues but some things to look for.

Weak plywood under fresh water tank. Should be upgraded to 3/4" plywood and additional support bar.

Outriggers were bending on some units. Welds breaking.

Shock mounts were hitting tires. Repaired under warrantee (cut off extra angle bar and remounted shocks away from tire).

We are still using original appliances, A/C, WTR HTR, etc. Only issue I have now are the decals are cracking due to storing it in the sun.

Good luck with your search......
