Thats funny, I have been dealing with Terry Bachmen since Nov. 2012 on the same water leak and a few other major problems. He very very rarely calls us back. And Emails dont get replies eather. I called him april 28. asked him a question and he said he would get back to me. I waited 2 days and heard nothing back. I called him may 1. I talked to the person who says was sitting right next to Terry says Terry was on the phone. I left a masage with him to have Terry call me back. That was on Thursay, I never heard back from him Thursday or Friday.....

My husband found a way to get some action. He called Mark Quinn every morning at 9 a.m. He discovered that was the best way to get hold of him. When Mark promised to call back later and did not, he simply called again the next morning. He kept this up until his issues were dealt with.

That's funny I have been calling mark at 9:00am Pacific time every day for the last 42 days. Still nothing resolved

I believe he is warrantee service manager. My husband said to call the Crossroads Service phone number, and ask for Mark Quinn.

He called at 9 a.m. Eastern time. If you are in a different time zone, then you need to call at 9 a.m. Eastern, so just do the math. It worked for us. Good luck.

When I first started dealiing with Mark Quinn he was the service manager. We visited him in Jan and told told us he no longer held that position. It sounded as if he was demoted or they gave that job to someone else. He kept running back to another office to get answers for us. Mark Quinn is NOT good at returning phone calls.

you are correct Mark is not the boss of CS any more. He told me yesterday that he decided to step down, he said it was much less pressure on him now. I don't know who is the boss now.

oh my, he is supposed to be getting my camper fixed. I don't blame him for leaving, can you imagine having to fix all these campers and listening to all the complaints. Do you know who we contact now???

Run around till the warranty ended. I am slowly fixing problems its very expensive
Replaced 2 slide Assembly ,roof on kitchen slide and living room slide

Fixed my issues with out question, they were however minor issues (awning lights, slide gaskets, damaged closet door) It's good to know that they now went back to a 2 year warranty.

Like Mark I have to say that every issue I had was taken care of under my warranty and one after the warranty had expired...
