yes... just the front cap... we tried working with CR and have now had the Camping World near us review We are waiting for it to be escalated on up. Seems odd that some get taking care of and others not...

Hi Pat,
Our's was a 2012 Z1 BH 271. We purchased in 2013 so were still under factory one year warrantee in 2014 when we had a harsh winter in Canada. Our varnish top coat peeled off on three of the upper most panels. In very spotty areas. When you call CR's ask for Randy in service. Nice guy. Even if your warrantee has ended, he may be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck!

Looks like the front of our 2012 32ft trailer we also bought used. It was like brand new when we bought it also from someone who needed to sell due to a divorce. It was only used a few times when we purchased it. After 2 summers of use, now the paint is peeling on the front and we also take care of it. It was inside all winter. This reminds me of the Ford and GM gray paint fiasco years ago.

It cost us $1000 to have ours sanded down and a new clear coat applied. We bought ours used knowing that it would have to be done. Had it done before we brought it home from the dealership.

well i see we are not the only one's with this problem, we have a 2013 crossroads zinger QB32, the paint started peeling off last week after we came home in the rain. talked to someone at crossroads all they would say was sorry but it's out of warranty. NOT our problem, looks like the paint would be better than this.
