You are correct Tommy. He sold his truck and 5th wheel.

He was considering a MH. I don't know if that happened tho.

Was Frank or his wife ill at the time, because unless I am wrong that was the motivation for selling...Who ever it was I hope things are better now, I always enjoyed communicating with Frank, and regret not getting to attend one of the rallies he had...

Got a forwarded funny e-mail from him day before yesterday. Joyce got one the day before. Guess I'll call him to see if his ears are burning.

Well my ears were not burning, but time to update. Last year at this times things were on a downward sprial. Janet could hardly walk and sell down a lot going up steps. They also told me I had cancer and it would take time to find it. It look at that time that our days of RVing were over. The fifth wheel and truck just looked sad at not being able to out. So I put them on the Market the Fifth wheel went first, and we broke out of it. Than the operated on Janet and removed a infected Bursa took a while to recover. Finally with the help of a new machine the found I have bone cancer. From July of 2019 till January 2020 monthly visit to the doctor they pined the cancer down , and gave me a shot. Bone cancer can never be cured, but contained. Visits went to every other months than every quarter. Now twice a year, Life back. In may we were driving around and I said how much I missed the RV life. Janet agreed. Than it came down to what RV would have less steps. For us it came down to a Motor home. Started looking around and found a 2000 Monoco with 24000 miles on it been store. the people we bought it from owned it for 6 months and business interfred New tires new canopies and remodeled inside. Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a toad. made three local trips to get usse to it. Than went on a 15 day tour of Arkansas WE ARE BACK

Hey Frank, good to hear from you. I know the last time we communicated, things were kind of on the bleak side for you and Janet.
It's sure nice to hear good news coming from your direction.

We had planned a trip from Laurel Mississippi to Lancaster Pa but the Virus put a hold on that one. We might try to follow the flowers blooming in the spring for that trip, Mean while a trip to the coast is next up 9Cruisin the Coast) 10 days. Than to Lakeside in Livingston La for our fall rally

It is a gas burner the oil burners were 10 to 12000 more. I can buy a lot of gas with that savings on our last trip we went 1241 miles used 250 gallons of fuel all most 5 miles per gallon (4.964) 200 miles going up mountains pulling the Jeep. If I still had my old Dodge which I miss) we would have gotten 10 to 12 miles a gallon Though regular was a bout a 1.00 a gallon cheaper. Tommy we may try Lancaster in the spring depending ?????????????? Now have to get ready for Sally be safe

The rally for 2020 was cancelled due to covid...Mark5w is one of the rallies co-wagon masters now, and as he posted we will be having the rally next year...If you are thinking of making the trip to Lancaster attending the rally would be a good time to as they say kill two bird with one stone...I think you and Janet would enjoy our rally members...We have a great group of people...
