Does everyone else have hoses that hang down when the slides are closed? I just wonder if the road grime, etc willcause these to wear faster. I don't notice this on other brands of 5ersthat must do something else.

Just sent the DW to check and nothing is hanging. It seams as most are inside floor of slide and run along rear slide arm and are tie wraped.

I asked the DW to go and look and where the flashlight was and I got toldand then I got, you go get in the snow and ice to look. I guess she didn't like that idea. I'll have to try something else to get her to look.

Went out and looked underneath of mine, and there are no hoses hanging. The only thing you can see is the propane pipe for the stove.

Hmm. Do you have the plastic channel guides that the wires/hoses attach to? Those seem flimsy to me (already had one crack).

Sorry to make you go out in the snow and muck. In CA, we forget about things like that when we are at 70 and sunny (don't worry this summer when we have no water, the forests are all burning, and the state files chapter 11, you can get back at me).

I will look when some of the 5 inches of snow we got this morning disappears. I think I will have to put the slide out to see.

My hoses were also hanging lower than any others I've seen so I whined to my dealer. They replaced the plastic hanger-upper-thing but the hoses still hang lower than I like. Hasn't caused a problem yet and we've had it about 8 months (about 3 months in a snowbank as it is now)
