We just bought a 2011 Seville 34SB and need to put the dryer vent in, does anyone know exactly where to cut the hole for the vent? I have emailed Crossroads and haven't gotten a response from them. I will email them again, but wondered if anyone else has a combo Splendid washer/dryer and could tell us where to put the vent hole? Hubby doesn't want to make a mistake or hit wires, etc. Thanks!

I would call Crossroads and ask for their customer service dept. They will be able to point you in the right direction. Crossroads is usually not very timely in their email responses.

I wrote them again today, but if I don't hear from them, I will call them. Thanks!

I called Crossroads and they called right back, told me exactly where to cut the whole for the vent. Very nice people to deal with and great service! Very happy with the service!
