Has anyone tried to replace the heating element on the hot water heater in cf29rk? The supply line runs in front of the relay box, at least on mine. A bugger to get off without removing the line, finally worked it off, now it will not go back on. I did not want to disconnect the line because I am not sure I could buy parts if needed. I am leavingitoff for the time being. Thinking about some sort of alternative. Any thoughts?

You can get the fittings from an RV supply house. They are "Flair" fittings
