I was removing the covers on the switches and outlet and placing foam under the covers as some on the forum suggested. On the slide with entertainment center, Refrig., stove I removed the cover on the plateson the outside wall behind where stove sitsand I could not see any insulation inthe wall behind the outlets,is this standard?

The next question is did anyone try to add insulation, if so what was used?

AsI understand the insulation info that has been posted here, all walls (including slides) are suppose to have insulation, either foam or fiberglass bat types. Is it possible the insulation was pushed aside to allow roomfor the electrical box that you are looking at? I have never tried to add insulation to the walls but then our winters are fairly mild compared to other areas.

Stan, I think you are correct, the slide with the couch and table has fiberglass bat, slide with entertainment center, Refrig., stove - I used a flashlight and looked into the openings of the outlets and could not see any insulation. This slide has had and is having other problems, this may be a added problem.

I now wonder what would be the best way to get Insulation in the wall without getting the insulation all over the place, does anyone have anyideas on type andwhat would be the best procedure?
