2016 18SS Door upgrade

Going off a project I saw here a few weeks, took the plunge and and added a window to the entry door of our 18SS. Has always been the biggest complaint, the dark back half of the trailer. That is definitely solved now!

We are ready to take it out for the summer!

Nice job! Looks factory installed. But I’m sure a lot better.

I did that to ours last year. Huge improvement at a very reasonable price!

EDIT: after posting I realized that I should update the pic in my profile to show the window! Next trip.

Through Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Looks like the price is up $15 since I ordered it (got it for $92).

Well done either way.

I put it upside down deliberately, being a tension shade. That allows us to leave it down from the top a bit to allow light, while maintaining privacy.

It works great!

We installed the same window. It never crossed our minds to do it upside down. Great idea!
