Better Stereo?

We have a Genesis GT-2.0 wall mount stereo in our camper that I have a few questions about. I'm hoping some of you can help? It's in our SF32RL 5er, 2013. Here's my questions:

1. The online specs say it has a subwoofer, but I haven't found one. Is there? Where?
2. The sales person who sold us the camper told us it was "surround sound? It appears to me that's not true. I don't see a center channel or satellite speakers fore and aft of the living room. Is there a way to upgrade this?
3. Is there a better system out there that would bolt up to the same holes that still has Bluetooth but adds satellite radio? I've searched but haven't found one with dimensions close enough or it's lacking either the Bluetooth or satellite.
4. Finally, has anyone made their own upgrades that could share what they've done? My wife and I are still very much into music and movies but would like the sound to be more impressive, "bassier" and louder than what we have now.

Any ideas, thoughts or help is GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks in advance!!!

I have the following that is almost NEW that I would give you a great deal on....
JENSEN AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3/USB Wallmount Stereo AWM965

http://www.jensenrvdirect.com/am-fm-cd-dvd-mp3-usb-wallmount-stereo.html
Why selling? – This stereo came with my 2014 Zinger travel trailer. However, it didn’t have weather band stations. I used it twice and replaced it with a weather band radio. Radio is in PERFECT condition with all parts including remote!

Thanks but I'm looking for a more powerful unit that still has Bluetooth.

Go online and check out CRUTCHFIELD or FRY's ELECTRONIC. Should be a pretty good selection of entertainment systems for you to pick from.
