We had a 18RB Zinger for about 10 years and recently moved up to a 24' North Trail. Loved the Zinger but the wife thought we needed bigger for the grandkids. I may have mentioned this before, but wanted to share before leaving the forum. Had a strange problem with the Zinger furnace and a stranger fix. The furnace Atwood 85251 was always excellent and put out tons of heat. You couldn't stand on a floor register for more than a few seconds before pain set in. We boondock mostly in MI in October. Our last trip the furnace was running fine but the heat it put out was only about half of what it used to be. Don't know how that was even possible. Everything seemed normal except how hot. When we got home I dug into the problem. I pulled the entire furnace out and started disassembling. DEEP in the bowels of the burner is the LP orifice. Something didn't look right so I pulled it out. Inside of the orifice was a tiny bug, not totally blocking the orifice, just partially.

Don't know how it is even possible for him to get in there, but after removing him all worked fine again.
