We purchased a new CF29CK 2006 way back at the end of 2005,we love the floor plan and take good care of the 5W.
In the past we scheduled a service in the CR service place at the factory and did what we needed to do paying for the service when we were out of warranty.
Last year we tried to do the same but it seems that ONLY warranty work is excepted in the service center.
We wrote to them asking for the reason of this action but did not get any response.
Any one has an idea?
