We have an electric fireplace in our 2011 Cruiser 31.5RE . Model number is DBL 2000-BX. Lately after running for an hour or so it starts making a harmonic low pitched sound (kinda rolling sound). Wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and fixed it ? I am thinking it might be the flame effect drum but thought I would ask here before breaking out the screwdrivers and wrenches !
