Interior LED light issues

I have a new to me 2016 Crossroads Sunset Trail 270BH. Two issues:

1) the led lights in the master bedroom are blinding they are so bright. Is it possible to replace the ledís with dimmer ones?

2) one of the led lights in the main cabin flickers/strobes continuously. I took the cover off and found that one of the leds in the strip is burned out. How do I replace the unit? It appears I would need to solder a new strip in?

For both questions, how do I know which specific part to buy? Are there any videos I could be directed to that show how to replace these?

I appreciate the help!

These people here make LED lights for RV's. I suggest you contact them.
Command Electronics

You should be able to get any brightness you want in a LED.
I don't think you would be able to solder any connections. You will probably have to replace the whole LED.
