I was just looking thru the construction guide for my Cruiser 5er and noticed that it highlights on the last page that there is linoleum under the carpet.

Is this under the entire carpet in the living area of the 30sk?

I think your right, but I did notice where my heater is located that they cut the linoleum back from that area.

We had the carpet changed under warranty and there was lino the full width underneath. It had alot of holes where the nail strip goes if you are thinking about removing the carpet.

I was thinking about removing it. The way that it is cut next to the kitchen in the rounded "L" shape is not really good for flow back and forth to the refrig from the main door. Rugs will cover it, but was looking at adjusting the carpet line or removing it all together.

I see that some people have put laminate floors down, but did not want to if the Lino was already there.

Carpet is a pain sometimes....you could always lift the edge by the entertainment center and see what is under it there. In ours there was a nail hole every couple of inches. Good luck, let us know how you make out.

I pulled mine up in the upper bedroom deck. The lino had staple holes but from 6'3" up I sure the heck couldn't see them! In fact, a little almond colored caulk on a finger wiped across the holes fills them in and makes them darn near invisible.
