I looks a bit low in the middle ,if so , better put some drain holes in the middle /bottom.

That's just an optical illusion. The pipe and bumper are straight, it's just the reflection on the pipe that makes it look like it's bent. I went outside and double checked, and it is all good.

Are you really stuck on it needing to be on the back bumper?
If not, you could mount it underneath like I did.
Almost exactly what i did, except i didn't get as fancy with the hinge and clasp on the cap. I only dropped a pin through from the top through the cap to hold the cap in place. I like yours better.
