Need a 110 V. outlet in my Elevation Slide

How tough would it be to add a 110 V outlet to a slide? My living room slide houses all my sitting area and the OEM sitting it literally a flat bench with a 4" pad. Comfort sucks.
I've found a sectional made by Southern Motion that will fit perfectly in this slide area, but they are power recliners. So I'll need 110 volts available to power these recliners.
Anyone added a 110 outlet in a slide?
Thanks in advance.

I haven't done it, but shouldn't be to difficult. I would think you could run a wire either inside or outside. In fact you should check to see if there is an ac junction box attached to the frame on the slide. If so you could tap into that and come up thru with the wire.

My slide has two outlets and they were installed using sj black 14ga cord. They run from a junction box on the frame, out to the boxes with over three feet of additional line. The then have two long, low tension springs, criss crossing across the slide, so when the slide retract at closing, the excess slack in the line is pulled up tight with those springs.
Works well, just inspect those connections to the springs periodically to ensure their not dragging or getting caught up in the wheels.

Gotcha. I'll look for a junction box.
Thanks
