Â*Our taillight burnt out so we put LEDs on. I guess as the rest of the lights go they will be updated to LEDs also.

The place we got them is called Closer To Wholesale they sell on ebay</span>

My DH used to work as a Heavy Truck Mechanic. Â*He said they are relatively easy to wire that the mount for the lights are bigger a cover up the old caulk and holes from pervious light and if they burn out you can just buy the light and the mount is permanent. I know he used butt connectors to connect wires the plugs are different. Hopefully that helps.

I changed out the factory tail lights on my 07 Crusier 29RE with these LED lights from Close To Wholesale. Mounted horizontally these Double Red 40 LED RV Camper Trailer Brake Tail Lights are bright. (
Item SKU:003-20RL) $67.99 per pair. I am ordering them for my 09 SK which was just delivered to my dealer. Only problem is that do not have a built in plate holder orlight.

I bought a set of LED tail lights from Harbor Frieght on sale for $ 39.00. I used the license bracket from the original tail lights and it all worked out well. These are made for boat trailers and are completely waterproof. The originals were getting moisture inside and corroding the bulbs and sockets pretty bad.

I do know vehicles behind are much more aware of my turning/ brakingintentionscompared to beforebecause they give me the space I need right away which didn't happen before the switch.

The install is easy but I suggest using Marr connectors instead of those stupid " squeeze clip""things they used at the factory.

I will post a picture when I get a chance.

jjriff, those are exactly the ones I've been thinking about using. How did you mount the license plate holder and also, I couldn't find one that had a light for the plate. How did you solve that problem. Mounting and hooking up the lights themselves seem to be a simple task, but my concern was the plate holder and light for it. Thanks, Lynn

I bought a tag bracket from the local auto parts store and made a small bending mod to allow it to fit under the light. The foam gasket allowed it to fit nicely and the mounting screws were under the light. A nice neat look. On my new 30SK, I am consider using a tag holder/light combo from Close To Wholesale.

I also will check with my local auto parts and see what kind of combos he has listed in his catalog. It needs to be nice and neat or I will not use it. A good guy in Arvada, Colorado, J Ren, put me on to these lights and we both really like them. I am not sure about his tag/light setup. They really are visable!!!!
