outside kitchen sink drain

Okay, tired of searching.
If someone can tell me where to get one great, if not I'll American engineer one
The issue: outside kitchen sink drain, drain's to the ground.
Problem 1: I don't want to do that.
Problem 2: I can't find a manufactured, add on adaptor for the sewer hose to tap the sink drain into.
I've found a 90 and 45 elbow with a flush out that could work, but would like a straight fitting.
Any suggestion's, yes I have a bucket

E-Z 90 Sewer Adapter - Valterra F02-3103 - Sewer Fittings & Adapters - Camping World

This should work for you.

Maybe a flexible drain hose would be the first step.

If it were me, I'd find a source for ABS pipe & get a 3" x 3/4 or 1" sanitary tee, it's actually shaped more like a Y, & add the appropriate sewer fittings to either end, that way you glue it up in the position that works best.

Thank's for the reply's, I saw the camping world 90 elbow with the 3/4 fitting, but would like the 3 in. sewer hose to have the swivel connection.

Mike, you are to be commended for wanting to fix that so it drains the way it should have in the first place, when CR built it. That was their job.
Please keep us posted as to your results with it.

Sewer Hose Rinse Cap - Camco 39533 - Sewer Fittings & Adapters - Camping World
Rotating "Y" Sewer Connection - Valterra F02-2030 - Sewer Fittings & Adapters - Camping World

Perhaps these two items could work for you.

Yep, that will work Russ, I already have the rinse cap too.
Our TT, the 320 BH model has the 1/2 bath and I already have the y connection in use.
I'm either going to buy another y, or I'm going to get a PVC reducing y and fit it up, as was suggested before by someone.
Thank's to everyone, I've already made my concern's known to our dealer and they said thank's and they would pass it on, and I'm not the first as I've been seeing this drain issue in other post's.
Thank you!

Those solutions seem to work well if you are a full hook up site, but any suggestions on getting it into the tank if you are on a "dry" site?

Thank you!
Bought the second Y, and attached the flush cap, put a garden hose with a small loop for a trap held up by a zip tye and connected to sink drain and the flush cap and all is good.
Still would be better if factory went directly to grey tank.
Mike

Spent a full 7 days camping. Used the sink for a few seconds to wash my hands as i cooked. Seems like a lot of work and expense to keep a gallon of water off the ground.

What do you do if you arent full hook up?
How can you ethically use the outside shower if this sink setup bothers you?

Still seems much ado about nothing.

I agree Burgy. I haven't used that sink for anything more than a quick rinse of my fingers while cooking, and don't see me using it for anything beyond that and maybe rising some vegetables or as a cooking water source, neither of which would hurt anything.

Mine drains into the grey tank , but given the size of the tank and limited usage of the sink, I almost wish it drained to the ground.

First off, I think it was and is, a big screw up on Cross Roads part to ever put a s**t mess like that out on the market.

Burgy, that is a very good question on ethics. I don't know how anyone can use it. As far as what to do with it when dry camping---take the bucket/pail/container over to the toilet and pour it down the crapper.

As far as a little of the drain water not hurting anything, it might hurt the wallet if one gets caught dropping it on the ground .
Stop and think about it. You know what that wet spot is from, but the next camper won't. Maybe it won't bother him, some people don't mind camping in a s**t hole, but I do.
I wish CR would get taken to task on this and have to take all those rigs with outside kitchen back, and fix them right.

That shower is no different than when I tent camp. I have a tank of water and some soap. Soap up, pour water on my hands to rinse. The water goes on the ground.

Or what about adding a splitter and hose to the camp faucet? We'd add a hose to rinse beach toys, sandals, dirty kids.

Have I now committed a camping sin in your eyes?

I totally get the need to black water diligence. But you guys are acting like this in 20 - 30 gallons of nasty smelling water on the ground.

Its not.

You are correct, but if you pull into a site with a wet spot, wouldn't it make you wonder what it was?

Lets not get into a spittin match trying to justify Cross Roads screw up.

De Winterized my camper, ran the water from outside sink. Nothing on the ground.
