Replace Bench Table with Free Standing Table

We are looking at a Sunset Trail 290RL. My husband is 6'5" and can't get his long legs and feet under the existing bench table. The dealer said that he would replace the bench table with a free standing table. This is an option for this trailer. However, since it is on the superslide, I'm concerned how pulling out the bench will affect the integrity of the slide. Anyone ever have this done or know how this might affect the slide? I'm worried about leakage from all the holes and having service personnel pulling out the bench and causing damage when doing that.

I would be more worried that the demo guys would break something while tearing it out, if it's your typical rv construction it's only half a## put together anyway, probably twisted off screws & 500 staples that are/were barely long enough.

Removing it should be no issue. It is installed independent of the slide.
