I wanted to renew this post because I’ve had several people message me wanting to know if I think the air flow system is worth the money. I think it is. As mentioned in my earlier post I definitely noticed increase air flow from my vents. And using the link will get you 15% off.

I hope I'm not stepping on anybody's toes or cutting off anyone's income with my post.
I looked into this system a while back, and did a fair amount of research into the flow of the air conditioning system in an RV. I took mine apart and found baffles all wrong, ducts partially blocked, and a lot of things that could be improved easily to get a more efficient A/C flow.
I think this airflow thing would work great, but many have commented about the price.
Well, I also found a few YouTube videos that show you how to modify the flow like the AirFlow thing does, but you can make it yourself from off the shelf foam boards and foil tape.
I designed one that I could also make some use of the dumps, and still have good flow.
My build was a great success. I found the A/C was much quieter, and had a bunch more flow to the end run vents. I was very happy with the results.

Wanted to say that I have received many PM’s thanking me for posting about the air flow system. Although I’m not affiliated with the company at all I did post my review on the completed installation. And I also posted about the 15% off if anyone used my link. So, I’m glad others have had positive results also with the system. And remember if anyone else is interested you can also use my link and still get 15% off. Thanks Ted

Re: RV Airflow

Just installed it 2 wks ago. HUGE difference in the A/Cs ability to cool the whole camper. Took about 45 minutes but worth every minute and every penny!

It's been in the 90s here since about mid June with a few days here and there in the mid 80s. Hi humidity every day, just Africa hot.

Before I installed the thing the temp inside on these days was 78 to 82 during the hottest part of the day.

After installing the RV Airflow the A/C unit is now keeping the camper to the set point of 75 in Low Cool Auto. The A/C now will actually run and reach temp and shut down. Amazing difference.
Before putting this thing in it would just run constantly.

The best part is the volume and speed of the air coming out of the A/C ducts. The bunkhouse at the back of the camper is now as cool as the rest!

Maybe the boys will stop complaining they're hot now....

Now that's a good report, and write up.
We don't seem to get good feedback on things any more.
Thank you

Another thing I did when I installed mine. I went to all the ceiling air vents; took off the vent covers and used H-Vac silver tape and taped inside the vents where it wasn’t sealed, letting some air go into the ceiling space instead of all flowing out the vents.

Papa-T. In my previous Rv I did the same. Going to do it in my newer Rv.

Smile RV Air Flow System

This is my first RV, and I am very new to the RV lifestyle. However, one thing I know for certain is that I LOVE a well-functioning air conditioning system. I keep the thermostat set at 70°F. Given that my RV is constructed with lightweight materials, I wanted to ensure that the AC unit operates as efficiently as possible.
After my research, I recognized the value in the engineering of a particular system and decided to purchase it. Like others who have installed this system, I found the installation process to be straightforward and uncomplicated. I called and spoke with the owner who helped ensure that I purchased the right part for my air conditioning system and gave me tips on installing it and offered to be on standby during the weekend that I installed it. Luckily I didn't need his assistance but him offering meant a lot to me that he was willing to stand by his product. During the installation, I discovered that the main duct leaving my AC unit was disconnected, causing half of the air to escape into the roof of my camper. Fortunately, I was able to resolve this issue before it became problematic.
In conclusion, I believe this purchase was worth every dollar. Having it in my camper improves the air flow. I've used my camper on several 100 plus degree days I was able to keep the temperature close to 70 all day long.
