I don't know if this has been shared on this forum yet or not, but this has got to be the cheapest and easiest way to treat a slide out seal.

It's ideas like this that make RVing fun and more affordable for all.

I've always sprayed mine with a lubricant made especially for slide rubber. I wonder if using baby power will be a mess on the lubricant. I really like the baby power idea though and would like to switch to it.

Sounds like a great idea, and I can see it working on the interior seals (those not exposed to the sun). My concern would be the exterior seals, how much UV protection would it provide.
