done for another year

Just finish putting the cruiser away for another winters rest.
Battery minder was the last item to take care of, which I just did.
Pink stuff in, roof cleaned, (stains from those leaves are a bugger) sides, awning, and slide topper cleaned, backed into the shed.
Well I guess there is one more thing-----
I'm waiting for AL to come over and apply the wax, and inspect the chalk.

Got the Canyon Trail winterized and over to the storage lot (wish I had a shed, Lloyd) day two days ago. Yesterday we got 6 inches of snow. Timing is everything! Now to start planning the spring trip.

Just finished cleaning ours this week after being in Colorado for the summer. Looking forward to doing some winter camping. Fortunately we are able to camp pretty much all year here in central Texas.

Ours is winterized and ready to take to Florida in December. Our daughter's trailer is hooked up to our truck in our driveway, winterized and ready for me to take to inside storage early tomorrow. They offer storage in the large barn at the local fairground (for a fee, of course), and it's first come, first served.

I seen that AL. You charge a pretty hefty price, but as long as you charge it, I can accept that.

We've got another 6 weeks or so of good camping weather before we will have to winterize. I'm going to try to go at least one more time, maybe two. Need to find somewhere good to do an axle alignment this winter. It is wearing the outside of the right rear tire.

We've got one more trip planned to Tybee Island, GA. Maybe squeeze in a local weekend after that, before we shut her down. Here in SC, I only drain/blow the water lines, and use the pink stuff for the drains. I'll try to find a warm day later after the leaves have fallen to clean the roof again. It'll stay plugged in, converter on, battery charging, and I even turn on the AC or heat occasionally and sit out there for an "escape!"

I am all done for the year. I blow out the lines and then pump in antifreeze. I also cover the tires and AC unit. Until next year!

Just returned a couple hours ago from my final trip of the year, Talladega. I blew out my lines before I left last night. I'll finish my winterizing after I rest up.

Across the road and a few sites down from me in the Winners Walk II campground at Talladega was a Rushmore. I was wondering if the owner is a member of the forum.
