Elevation Winterization (water pump location?)

Tried to winterize this unit for the first time. (I have winterized different models). There is a antifreeze suction line in the water hook up area which had a cap on it, but no valve to select the water pump source. I tired to ask about this when I bought it and they told me taking the cap off would make the pump draw from it. Seemed sketchy and now I see it doesn’t seem to work. There are no obvious panels to look behind for the pump, nothing in the manual.

It may have been blind luck, but I did get the pump to draw from an antifreeze jug until it went empty (all the store had left was the 4 liter jugs). Couldn’t get it to prime again after that.

Anyone have any ideas?
