Hot water heater valve positions

Hello,

I started winterizing my Crossroads 26RBH trailer. However, I was interrupted several times as storms came through and I had to batten down the hatches. I was able to blow air through the lines. I put antifreeze in all of the lines, traps, etc. However, now I'm slightly confused as to the position of the valves. In particular the one in the left side of the picture. I have put them in the position so they are ready to go in the spring. Someone please tell me if I have the left one correct or not.

Thanks
Mike

Hot water heater valve positions

The left valve with the hot and cold lines attached should be turned 90 degrees to close the cold water mixing with the hot water. The way you have the cold water valve will allow antifreeze into the hot water tank.

Thank you 660catman. After posting this message and thinking about it a little, I thought the same thing.

Have a great day!
