I cant recall, do new CrossRoads RVs come with the hose to connect to the pump? I cant access my camper right now and wanted to see if i need to pick one up.

My Cruiser Patriot has it next to the water pump and a valve to prevent backflow into the fresh water tank.

Well Burgy, odds are in your favor that you will not need to buy one!

I've added some text to this image of the back of the water heater. Its not the best graphics in the world but, best I can do. Its a link because its a bit large for in the forum.
I will drain the water heater and blow out the lines first then do this.
(Hot water heater are is really dirty...dont they clean these after construction?)

(To add antifreeze to my lines)
Put hose in jug.
Turn valve inline with hose
Turn valve C 90 degrees to close it (no pink in tank)
Turn valve A 90 degrees to close it (no pink in water heater)
Fire up pump
Turn on each faucet till hot and cold run pink. Turn off, move to next.

So valve B is some sort of temperature blender? Mine is closed right now. Should it be open? Cant figure it out.

Valve B (connects red to blue, i.e. hot to cold) is the water heater bypass. When the water heater input is turned off, and this is open, it allows cold water (or pink antifreeze) to pass through the hot water lines. You do not want pink in either fresh water tank or water heater. Those you just want drained, and perhaps blown out.

Thanks Marty. I assume then that there is a 1 way valve on the back of the heater. On the output side.

I would assume so also, Burgy, but let's see if somebody else can weigh in on this.
