sunset trial 31BH HELP

Im wondering how to winterize my sunset trail 31bh. The water pump sounds like it is right beside the bed but im not sure how to access it. In all my other trailers there was a hose right on the pump to fill with anti freeze. under the sink.Also what is the EZ winterize kit. I see i have a drain for my fresh tank and also a red and blue drain out the bottom of my trailer.thanks in advance for any advice.
