Water pump

I have a new Crossroads Hampton 375 DBL, and I can't find the waterpump. I am on a permanent site and use City water so I don't use the water pump and I need to winterize soon. Even my dealer has been no help they said every model's different we're not quite sure where it is wondering if anybody has one of these and knows exactly where it is. I have taken off three or four panels inside of the trailer and there's nothing behind those and I've walked around the outside numerous times and cannot find anything. Just wondering if anybody knows to give me a little help. Thank you
