They are on the back of the water heater, as stated by others here. You may have to take off a panel of some kind to find them and the Water pump will be there also, so as a clue run the pump and find the noise.
Once you have found the valves (there should be 3) 1 is Hot Water Tank in, 1 is Hot water Tank out and the last 1 is to allow anti-freeze to be drawn into the water system (by-passing the hot water tank). Not a good idea to run anti-freeze into the hot water tank.
They are usually ball valves which require a 1/4 turn to change position.
If none of this makes sense find an RV tech (or a friend) who is willing to show you the valves and how to winterize.
Finally DO NOT FORGET to take the drain plug out of the HOT WATER TANK ITSELF as there will still be water in the tank that will freeze and crack the tank.
