330 SS Cruiser

We left Michigan on 01/07/13 and went to our campground in Destin, Fl. Had bought the unit in August and hadn't time to do a shake down trip. We've lived full time in it for 6 weeks and had only one small leak in the 12 volt pump under the island that I fixed. We've have another 6 weeks to go and we LOVE this unit, before we head abck to Michigan. Just so you know that there some great units out there....Harley

Great to hear as we went through some big bugs with ours when new,but thanks to Randy and his little band of hard workers we are fine and enjoying when we can. Just can't beat good old customer service and a crew that cares about you!! JMHO jb

Good to hear - looking forward to this years camping season. We are looking to head south next winter for a few months.

Had a bow in the wall just above the door on the outside wall. Crossroads came here to TN and picked it up took it back to the factory and replace the side wall and brought it back to me. it looks great and it was all done within about 30 days. They have been great to fix any problems I have had. It has been a great unit. We love it.

Good to hear that you are enjoying your new Cruiser. I tend to believe that the vast majority of new RVs are good. Human nature is that those who have problems are the most vocal. I hope you continue to have good luck with it and many happy years of camping.
