On the roof of my 5ver I have been getting a bubble on the front part of my 09 CF32BL even after taking it back to the dealer we bought it from and they were suppose to fix it. Since it happened again I decided to call Crossroads and spoke to Mike. The customer service I got was great. Mike told me to send him some pictures and he would schedule me a time to bring it to the factory to fix it free of charge. I was very surprised that they will do this job for free. At least its only about a 4 hour trip to the factory, it will be a lot cheaper then paying the dealer to fix it and I know it will be done right this time.

Anyone else have this problem? I have no idea where the air is coming from because the dealership just resealed the front of the roof to the cap.

My bubble is about 12" in diameter (same area as yours) and has been there since day one. It has not grown and no issues have resulted from it. I think it is just a place where the factory did not get enough glue down.

Interesting question. I don't know and no one has ever mentioned it to me. Yours must be much larger than mine.

Had a bubble "area" on my last fifth wheel - it never grew in size and did not impact the roof. Dealer said to "live" with it.
