Any idea where to get this lock??

I recently bought a 2011 Crossroads Cruiser 5th wheel and I have to replace the door lock/deadbolt. I bought a new one on Amazon (6.5" by 4.5" was the size I bought) and it doesn't seem to match up by a long shot because it was too small so I'm trying to find a site that sells the exact one needed for this model. Anybody have idea where to get this online? I'm new to campers and clearly very in experienced of where to look!

Hello and welcome.

Are there any markings/numbers/name on the old lock?
Any dealer parts department should be able to get or may have a door lock. Also try Etrailer. They have a good selection of door locks.

My entry door lock went bad on my Cruiser as well...I took it off the door and brought it to a local Camping World and they sold me the exact replacement...I think that is the best way to replace broken parts all depending on your circumstances...My camper sits on my property when not in use...

My lock broke as well a few years ago. The price of a direct replacement was not that much less than a Bauer keyless lock set, so that's what I got. The first one failed within a short time & they sent me another. It has worked perfectly for the last few year. I've had to change the batteries once, last summer.

For us, the keyless solution was perfect. We almost always have any number of various kids, grand kids, inlaws, siblings, etc camping with us & key management can be problematic.

Keyless RV doorlock

I agree with drzaius. We switched ours to a keyless. It was really easy to install ourselves. (And, we are not very handy.) You can probably find them cheaper on Amazon, but this is the one we purchased. https://www.campingworld.com/electri...-door-hardware
