My wife and I just bought a 2008 crossroads cruiser crossfire toy hauler. (mk 33). I am having a tough time getting my questions answered. This seems to be a special order coach, I cannot find ANY info on it at all.

The crossroads website does not even mention this model. I purchased a 2008 manual from the manufacture and it is pretty generic (covers all models of fifth wheel and trailers).

I am getting pretty discouraged.

Is there anybody else out there that owns this model toy hauler??

I would very much appreciate any help from anybody with experience with(Crossroads) toy haulers .

Thank You in advance

Have you called Crossroads and given them the VIN? They can tell you what equipment the unit contains as well as other information. I don't know if Randy Mishler at Crossroads can be of help to you but you might call him. I think his extension is 244.

Crossroads didn't sell many toyhaulers and stopped making them. Sorry, but all RV manuals are an excercise in generic items covered in a vague manner.

What are the specific's you are looking for exactly? In essence, it's a Cruiser and there are tons of Cruiser owners on here so your questions will be applicable across many models.

Thank you for your response, I have many questions but I will limit myself to 4

#1---on the drivers side there are two water inlets--one is labeled city water so that is a no-brainer. What is the inlet directly below it for? It is just a hole like the water tank inlets on the opposite side, I looked behind the door and it is linked to the same water line as the city water. I have no idea what it is for!!!

#2 on the passenger side there are two inlets for the fresh water tanks, you just shove a water hose into them to fill the tanks, Which one should I use first, the upper or lower inlet??(primary & secondary)?, under the tanks are two drain fittings ( low point of system I guess). Which on drains what? If I open both of them will the whole system be drained?

#3--I keep reading about the hot water tank bypass valve, what is it for? I do not even know if I have one, where is it?

sorry, I fat fingered the wrong key and sent it too fast

#4 I think my battery is too small, ( it is dwarfed by the battery case). I am considering buying a bigger battery and connecting them together for more power and duration. What size do i need and is connecting two together a good idea?

thank you in advance for your help, please feel free to add any other advice--it will be greatly appreciated

I wouldn't buy a new battery and hook into the old one. The old one will drain the new one and eventually kill it.
If you are going to install two batteries, I suggest two 6v Trojans. Then you will have staying power.

With two 6v in series you will have 12V and a lot of amps to keep your 12v stuff running...
