Bedroom slide seal

Got the 08 29RE out after 2 weeks and noticed the flap on the outside is ripping at the top. It has ripped about 3" down. Looks like to me that you have to take the slide room out to replace it as it is stapled from the inside. If this is the case what a mess. Not sure the Cruiser is the way to go. Have had a lot of problems with mine most of them I have fixed myself as don't trust the dealer to fix them, seen some of his work. Has anyone attempted this repair? Would like to hear from you.

No issues here with the seals. But here's bump

Call Randy at the factory about repairs. Maybe he can send you to a different service center for the repairs. If less than two years old, should be under warranty. Seals might even be covered under the 5 year warranty??

Got with Crossroads and they want pictures and VIN and said will look at it . They have the seal in stock. Found out you don't have to remove the slideout. Just take the bulb gasket off and unscrew it and the flap is double side taped and put it on and back in business. Sounds easy but will see. Thanks for you help.
