ST235/80R16 E Trail Express. Hit a pothole on the interstate with both tires on the truck and then the trailer tires. About 10 miles down the road, KABOOM!!!!! No problem with the truck tires at all! Why are these ST trailer tires such pieces of crap? $3000 damage to the camper and we will be lucky to get it back in time for our next trip on Labor Day weekend. We only have three short distance trips planned the rest of this year, so I bought another Chinese tire to use as a spare for now. I will be watching for tire sales and jump on a set of LT's when the price is right.

Augusta RV to the rescue. Just shy of $3000 in damage. A little over three weeks to repair. Quick parts shipment from Crossroads and quality repair. I even got it back in plenty of time for my next trip (Labor Day Weekend). I bought another chinese tire to use as a spare until after Christmas when I will replace them all with B F Goodrich Commercial T/A All Season radials. I'm a happy camper once more.

I drove thru some horrible pot hole riddled roads on 95 north coming home from Orlando on sat. Every pothole I hit I feared a blowout would follow. Fortuately we got lucky. my tires are getting to be a couple years old so I think I will be eyeing some new tires as well.

I got the camper all ready to go to the mountains for the holiday weekend. I double checked all the tires before leaving. About thirty miles out, KABOOM!!!! The front tire on the other side went. Not quite as much damage, but still ugly. I turned around (after changing the tire) and called around town and found a shop that could put on the BF Goodrich Commercial T/A All Season tires first thing Saturday morning.$700.00 later, we were on the road to the mountains. No more worries bout tires (I hope)!!! I just hope that our rates with Progressive don't go through the roof with two claims in less than a month.

I had two claims in five months. Insurance went from $876 to $1,956. That is $500 a year more than I pay for two cars!
